Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in North Central Thousand Oaks, San Antonio, TX.
House hunting on a time frame can be a stressful situation, but AJ made it as easy as possible. Anytime we had questions or wanted to see a property, he was prompt & extremely efficient. When at a property, he was very knowledgable about the areas & offered great advice & tips on things we wouldn't have known about. He made making an offer was so easy for us, & we are a couple who get very busy & work long hours. I cannot stress how much we feel he made our trying to find a house & close in 6 weeks situation as stress free & easy as possible. If you use AJ you will not be disappointed!!

Aj is an outstanding realtor. He is always there when you need him. We are first time home buyers and we had a lot of questions. Aj was always able to answer! He is very professional and asks questions even when you were not even thinking about what he was asking. He truely cares for his clients and hopes that they find the best home possible. AJ is wonderful! As first time buyers my husband and I had many questions and Aj was always available to answer any questions we had. Extremely knowledgeable regarding the area and has great negotiation skills. He is also very friendly! I would highly recommend him to friends and family members.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Countryside San Pedro, San Antonio, TX.
It was a pleasure working with AJ. He is very professional and always went the extra mile to ensure all our questions and concerns were taken care of. AJ was always available morning, noon, and night to answer any questions. I don't think he sleeps! He was on vacation when we were closing on our house and made himself available to ensure all our needs were taken care of and questions answered before signing any papers. He even helped us find an occupant for the house we were renting so we could close on a house! His hard work and dedication really puts him at the top of all others. I can't say enough about AJ, except he is the only realtor we will ever use!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Alamo Farmsteads-Babcock Road, San Antonio, TX.
AJ is an excellent, friendly, and very helpful real estate agent. I went to him when I decided to buy a home in San Antonio, Texas as I was moving there from California to start medical school. I looked at homes in San Antonio through the MLS listing AJ setup for me while I was in CA, called him to let him know what date I would fly out as well as what homes I wanted to look at, and he was there to deliver! AJ even offered to pick me up form the airport when I arrived in San Antonio.
AJ knows the the area very well. He was able to tell me all the details of the surrounding location of the properties I looked at including the schools, shopping centers, recreational facilities, and even the potential traffic!
AJ has great negotiation skills and through him I was able to get a significant portion off of the listing price for my home of interest.
Once the offer on the house in San Antonio was made, I flew back to California comfortably because AJ was an expert on aiding out of state buyers purchase a home remotely by reliably staying in touch as well as using email and FedEx for signing necessary documents.
Lastly, once I closed upon the home, AJ’s service did not stop there. He guided me in purchasing an alarm system, offered to be at my home when furniture bought online would be delivered without me there, and even went on his own time to my home to take measurements so that I would know what size dryer, washer, and refrigerator I could buy for my home, all the while I was in California.
If your looking for an agent who knows his stuff and is extremely friendly, and is an expert on working with out of state buyers like me, AJ Reygadas is the best choice!

Aj is very friendly and knowledgeable in what he is doing. I was a first time home buyer and he was very patient with me; I never felt rushed or pressured, everything was on my pace. Aj was always available and offered to help with any and all questions or concerns I had along the way. I would highly reccommend him if you are looking to buy.

Being a first time buyer I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Aj was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs as a buyer. Going above and beyond his duties as a realtor, working hard so that I could get the home of my dreams! I don't believe I would be in my new home today if I had not had the help of Aj. I have already personally recommended him to many friends and colleagues that are in the market of buying a home.
