We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Bel Air, Los Angeles, CA
Probably it was just an incidental contact that I do not remember details to. So, I have nothing to say.
To my sorrow, I signed listing with another agent, Zachary King, from Keller Williams. As bad as any other from the same agency. Lies fraud and deceit on every subject discussed/reflected in agreement. I'd never recommend him or this Company that has many outlets.
Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $975K in Encino, Encino, CA.
Aaron represented us as first-time home buyers in the Valley. We met Aaron at an open house he was hosting. Aaron is not a pushy agent...after a nice conversation, we picked up one of his cards on the way out and as soon as we got in the car my wife said "I like him...we should ask him to be our agent". We spent 9+ months searching for our home and Aaron displayed extreme patience as we didn't always know what exactly we wanted. Aaron knows the market inside out, how to spot deals, and understands how to navigate the buying process. We found his advice to be invaluable as we knew very little about homes, repairs, remodels, etc. Aaron typically pointed out the drawbacks of each home, often times before we noticed them. We felt like Aaron was truly on our side trying to find us the right home that would fit our needs. I would highly recommend any buyer (especially first-time buyers) engage with Aaron!
Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Studio City, Studio City, CA.
Aaron worked with us to find us a great house that exceeded what we initially thought we could get. His extensive knowledge of the area and the market helped to negotiate a great price on our behalf to make sure we got the best deal. He is really knowledgable and it was a great experience all around! We strongly recommend Aaron.
