We highly recommend Alan Kent if you are looking for an excellent Realtor in the Lake Oconee area. He's been a resident and Realtor for many years, so he knows the lake and surrounding area very well. In addition, he was a very patient, thoughtful Realtor--it took us over 10 months to purchase our house and Alan supported us the entire way so that we could find the right house at the right time and at the right price. We found Alan to be extremely responsive, professional and helpful as well--he was always in touch with us by phoning, emailing, providing insights and research as well as updates on the homes that were available as well as the news in the community.
