Ensured we were contacted in advance when home was to be shown. He also was present when home inspection and home apprasal occurred. Kept us informed of any feedback and status of closing when under contract.

He's been a resident and Realtor for many years, so he knows the lake and surrounding area very well. In addition, he was a very patient, thoughtful Realtor--it took us over 10 months to purchase our house and Alan supported us the entire way so that we could find the right house at the right time and at the right price.
