I would highly recommend Boles Lending. I contacted them on 10/23/12 looking for quotes on a 15 year fixed refi, and my loan closed 7 weeks later. I had contacted a couple of other brokers from Zillow Marketplace, as well as my two credit unions and Wells Fargo who had my existing mortgage. Aaron responded immediately by email as well as by phone, and I received a good faith estimate the next day.

I was shocked to receive a quote at 2.5% for a 15-year fixed, with only a small origination fee plus other routine closing costs. None of the credit unions or Wells Fargo were able to come close to matching that (2.75 or 2.875), so I crossed my fingers and went with Boles Lending although I was worried it was too good to be true.

During the entire process, I worked with Laura Yeh who was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. There were two major issues during my loan process - one concerned the title company making errors on the final loan paperwork causing the loan to close late, and the other was the brutal level of documentation required by the lender. However Laura guided me through the frustration and communicated immediately whenever I had questions or concerns.

When all was said and done, the loan was closed in 7 weeks and the closing costs were actually slightly lower than I was quoted in the good faith estimate due to a lender rebate.
