Since January 2008, I have been helping people buy & sell homes in the Denver Metro area, both resale and investments. I have made it my business to learn everything I can about the Denver area market, and make everyone's experience successful and enjoyable.
Since that time, I have closed over 100 transactions, leased a few dozen homes, and worked as a partner or project manager for a dozen or so rehabs (rentals & flips), from Arvada to Centennial to Aurora. Over these years, I have worked with top companies, agents, and attorneys, learning advanced negotiation skills and tactful communication - essential to help my clients understand all options, and make well-informed decisions.
While I work from Erie to Castle Rock, and everything in between, I specialize in Central and Northwest Denver, and downtown area condos. I am constantly previewing homes to better my knowledge of exactly what is out there for how much. I am very familiar with the following neighborhoods:

I have lived in Park Meadows area of Lone Tree, servicing Castle Rock, Parker, Highlands Ranch, and the surrounding DTC area. I have also lived in Cherry Creek and Uptown, servicing all Denver neighborhoods and surrounding.
