Bought a home in 2012.
Being first time homeowners, my husband and I didn't know what to expect or even what the process should entail. Aaron was great! “If you are looking for a professional, proactive realtor who works to move your house quickly on the market, we very highly recommend Aaron Smith.
We initially placed our house on the market with another firm. After 9 months on the market with only 8 showings and 4 hours total worth of open houses, we knew we had to make a change. We ended our contract with our previous realtor and called Aaron.
Aaron was recommended by our neighbor as someone who would “work hard for you”. We gave Aaron a call and sure enough, our neighbor was completely accurate. Aaron moved quickly to stage our house, generate marketing material and network with individuals in the community to book multiple showings within a short time frame. Aaron was great to work with. He was very flexible when showing us homes and always quickly found comps for us to help determine a fair price for each home. He made the buying process very easy and stress free for us, which was great since we were first time home buyers and didn't know much about what we were doing.
