My husband and I worked with Adam to purchase a short sale home in the Greenlake neighborhood. To say it was a difficult seller and sales process would be an understatement and we had heard there had been multiple offers while the house was on the market and all had eventually walked away. It was very clear there was a chance we would not get the house. I think a big part of the reason we did was because of Adam. His expertise and negotiation skills were critical as was his hard work and responsiveness... he was so on the ball. One example of this was a later evening when we were signing documents that needed to arrive the following morning by 10am at the seller's real estate's office. Instead of bringing them with him to the office the following morning, he drove them to his office that night so they would arrive first thing in the morning and be the first thing the other agent saw. Adam helped us find our dream home...from 3000 miles away!
Our home search seemed to be a daunting task, since we were moving from Charlotte, NC to Seattle, WA; we were dependent on the internet for our preliminary search, but did not know much about areas, schools, commute times, etc. Adam was recommended to us by a friend. Once we contacted Adam, he listened to our needs and our list of criteria and promptly sent us over 50 listings from which we were able to narrow our search.
With only one local visit, we were able to find our dream home! Adam seemed to know what we would like even before we did.
Adam represented us in all aspects of our home purchase, from the initial offer to the final closing, he made the process as seamless as possible. He exceeded our expectations with promptness, courtesy, an innate understanding of our family's needs, and professionalism.
