Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $850K in Green Lake, Seattle, WA.
We had a great experience using Adam as our listing agent for our house in Green Lake. He was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire selling process. With his help we were able to properly prepare and price our house in a market that was very hot and hard to predict. I will also add that Adam is honest and professional and just an all around nice guy -- and I believe those qualities go a long way in the buying and selling process. I would definitely recommend Adam!
Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $875K in Ravenna, Seattle, WA.
The search for our home led us to a new construction house. Adam took us through some interesting challenges in working with a newer builder, and as a result we have a home that we love.
Adam was also super in helping us sell our old home. His stagers and photographers really made the place sparkle. We couldn't have been happier with the five offers in one weekend that he helped us to sort through and choose the best fit.
Adam also put up with us - we're tough customers and he was very patient in answering all our questions and always did the research to help us find the answers we needed. We're hoping the new house is the 30 year house, but we will recommend Adam to anyone looking for their next home.
Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $550K in Ravenna, Seattle, WA.
Adam was the perfect real estate agent! He was willing to go see houses on the drop of a hat if we saw something that was considering offers shortly. When we were visiting houses, he always had a perfect balance of mentioning the pros and cons of a given house while not pushing one way to the other. He was extremely responsive and helped walk us through the closing process. Once we moved in, he provided us with a list of contacts to help us get the house fixed up. Adam is easy going and great to work with. I would recommend him to everyone!

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $850K in East Queen Anne, Seattle, WA.
Adam is the best! He took us through the process of acquiring the perfect condo from start to finish. He brought us up-to-speed on the home-buying process (it’d been 30 years or so), helped us identify top priorities and narrow our choice, introduced us to contractors to consider remodeling options, helped us understand condo-specific issues, skillfully negotiated a price that would work for us, and closed the deal. We are now moved into our beautifully remodeled condo and loving it! We recommend Adam very highly.
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Issaquah, WA.
Adam helped my wife and I to negotiate the waters of home buying at the most critical and impactful moment in recent history. Starting with me as a skeptical novice with very little knowledge of the industry and an overwhelming fear of losing my shorts on this critical purchase, Adam patiently and expertly explained the process, gained my confidence through an easy manner, and backed it all up with solid experience.
It was very easy working with Adam, and at no point in the homebuying process did I feel uninformed, behind the curve, or not fully in control of what was happening. It truly was cool to have someone as knowledgeable and experienced as Adam to help me with the Herculean process of buying my DREAM HOME, which I have now, thanks to his help, successfully done.
Sit down and talk with this guy. He knows what he's doing, and he will listen to your concerns and help you find a perfect place.
Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Greenwood, Seattle, WA.
Adam is not just a real estate broker but a real estate advocate putting his client’s best interest as the ultimate priority. During our initial meeting he provided me an entire packet that listed comparable properties in the area, educational information on the home buying process and real estate terms, all of which he went over with me in great detail. He made me a much more informed buyer and his expertise in the Seattle market is unmatched. Adam was very responsive and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He always returned my calls, emails and texts within the same day and made the entire transaction transparent. Adam provides unparalleled customer service, creative and innovative negotiation skills and excellent market expertise. I not only would recommend his services to any of my friends and family but will certainly be utilizing his services again when I list my property.

We could not recommend Adam more highly. Adam expertly guided us throughout the entire home-buying process. As first-time buyers, this was particularly helpful for us. During our initial consultation with him, we were extremely impressed with how well prepared he was. (He provides an excellent packet of information with easy-to-read and understandable charts and pieces of information.) Adam is very well organized and kept in terrific communication with us throughout the process. We always felt he had our best interest at heart. On top of all that, he has a fantastic personality. He's laid back and easy to work with yet he's willing to be aggressive and advocate for you if/when needed. We would absolutely use his services again in the future.
Bought a Multi Family home in 2012 in Belltown, Seattle, WA.
Adam helped my husband and I find our dream home. He was incredibly patient and we never felt rushed. He is very knowledgeable and always made us feel comfortable with every step of the process. When it came time to negotiate, he scored us an amazing deal. Unlike other realtors who just want their cut, we felt like Adam really cared, and he wanted us to find the perfect home at the perfect price. We can't say enough great things about him. We would recommend him to anyone.
We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Ravenna, Seattle, WA 98115
When I first talked with Adam, my goal was to sell my home in order to downsize into a more affordable option in a less expensive neighborhood. I was feeling sad about leaving my home of 18 years and worried that I wouldn't find a neighborhood I loved as much as Wedgwood, where I currently live.
Adam really listened to how I was feeling and instead of swaying me into selling, (which would have been easy) he suggested I think of other options that would allow me to stay in my home. He is able to think "outside the box" and he helped me come up with a plan to build a legal accessory dwelling unit on my property that would give me the additional income I need to stay in the home and neighborhood I love.
Adam basically gave up two potential commissions because he paid attention to what was important to me. I would highly recommend him because not only is he knowledgeable about real estate, he is also ethical and honest.
