03/12/2013 - user3514090Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $550K in Rancho Penasquitos, San Diego, CA.
When I was looking to purchase a home for my family in San Diego, I found his profile on Zillow. He had a nice photo and a good profile, and his service was even better than that. I have never purchased a home in the United States, and being from China, I had a lot of questions and concerns. Adam took the time to educate me on the process, explain what to expect and go the extra mile to get me a house , in this very competitive environment. Because I was not familiar with the processes and protocols, Adam went the extra mile for me, and explained things in a way I could easily understand, and made me feel comfortable, to purchase a home, that I had not seen in person until after we had closed escrow. He spent countless hours on Skype, and via email, to insure I was well informed, and helped me beyond the sale as well, with many of the facets of home ownership. I will continue to rely on his professionalism, and experience, and I highly recommend him to my Chinese friends and to any one looking for a true professional to get the job done!

Adam helped us find our perfect home. Because of his prompt response we were the first to view this house and with his guidance closed the deal quickly. Adam continues to be available for advice and any needed help, even after our closing.

Needed to short sale my home in Oceanside and find a new house in Orange County. Luckily, Adam Loew (and his team) was the first and last realtor we ever needed! He worked extremely hard to help us get through that stressful process, sold the house and found us a very nice home in Anaheim with all what we wanted after showing us a lot of houses that he hand picked to meet our need!
I greatly appreciate what he did for us, and I am sure he will totally please you if you ever need his service!
Thanks again, Adam!

12/31/2012 - user2259442Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Del Mar Heights, Del Mar, CA.
My mechanic recommended Adam to me because he knew I was in need of a Short Sale expert for my home. My situation was not an easy one and Adam was truly the man for the job. What I will tell you about Adam is that he will listen to your needs and will always have your best interests at heart. I gave him the most impossible timeline to work with and I honestly didn't think he could do what was I was asking of him. He absolutely proved me wrong. He pulled off a Short Sale in 30 days. That's unheard of and I'm so very grateful for all of his hard work and efforts to get this house closed in 2012. Adam is my personal "Hero". Hire this man and you can expect the impossible! Honesty, Integrity, Trustworthy...I could go on and on but I'm so very glad I found him. He was the "Right Man" for the job.

I was in the middle of a 10-31 exchange when I came across Mr. Adam Loew. Quite honestly I had become weary of Realtors as a whole and their motivations for "helping me".
That all changed when I met Adam and I thank God I did get to work with him. I told him what I was looking for and he e-mailed every single property in the San Diego area that met my criteria. Previous realtors I had worked with and even built relations with only showed me what they themselves were selling or limited themselves to a specific area. I understand the benefit of that if you are looking in a very specific area but their are so many home's on the market and so many opportunities right now, I did not want to limit myself to a specific area.
I found Adam to be not only knowledgeable and interested in my wishes, but trustworthy and dependable. And at the close of escrow I found my trust for him had only grown. He helped renew my faith in the industry. Adam Loew sells Homes and he is dependable and efficient. The other realtor's I met should stay on the car lot and sell vehicles. Thank you Adam, and I am very happy with what you helped me find. I will be giving you a call when I am in my next 10-31 exchange.
Your friend, Ryan Bradfield

Adam provided outstanding guidance in dealing with a very challenging seller. Thanks to his patience and his ability to clearly articulate our concerns and our position to the seller (and the seller's agent), we were able to negotiate and close on a fantastic house that we intend to raise our children in for many years to come.
In addition, Adam went the extra mile by helping us identify a new home for a Murphy bed that we were unable to use (with another client of his).
A+ work in our assessment. We would definitely work with Adam again on both the buying and selling side.
Mahalo Adam!!!

07/28/2012 - user4768873Showed home in 2012 in Rancho Penasquitos, San Diego, CA 92129.
Even though we didn't end up buying in San Diego due to a job transfer, we thoroughly enjoyed working with Adam. He was very helpful and always made time for us to visit the properties. His expertise was appreciated as he was able to thoroughly explain every step of the process to us. When we moved out of state before settling on a house, Adam went out of his way to recommend a great realty team in Illinois. My wife and I would highly recommend him.

When you select Adam to be your real estate agent and broker, you're selecting the Jerry Maguire of realtors. It's no surprise given Adam's background as an entrepreneur, executive, and real estate investor himself. Buying our home with Adam therefore was like partnering with him on one of his own personal ventures. And he cared just as much - putting his heart and soul into the deal, His negotiation strategy, analysis and anticipation of the other side's moves, his real estate knowledge and skill, his attention to detail, and his responsiveness were all phenomenal. In many ways I miss not talking to or texting Adam numerous times a day... If you ever have a choice in selecting your real estate agent and broker, Adam is your guy. Adam, you've exceeded our expectation in more ways than one - thank you buddy: "You're my ambassador of quawn, man"!

07/05/2012 - user930985Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Oceanside, CA.
Ok, in all seriousness, words are insufficient to describe the caliber of work ethic Adam has, and generally the kind of guy he is, but here goes: We bought a condo in southern California in 2005, pretty much right before the market took a swan dive. Fast forward three years, the property is worth half of what we paid for it, and we need to move (military family), I'll spare the gory details, suffice to say there was no shortage of drama, from absurd interest rates, to criminal HOA shenanigans and developer incompetence resulting in class action lawsuits and stifling any selling, you get the idea. After calling around I got referred to Adam, and from day one he displayed a vast depth of knowledge and professionalism that I am still in awe of. He stayed with us for THREE YEARS, through two military deployments, a cross country move, multiple back outs from buyers, a class action lawsuit on the builder, etc, and never left our side. We sold this spring, and I am forever indebted to Adam for what he did for us. Seriously, I would take a bullet for this guy. Adam, you are the best. THE BEST.

After short period of condo hunting, he found me a bank owned condo town home in La jolla, and I was very pleased with the property. It offers more then I expected. It. The town home has the in unit washer and Dryer hook up , the unit has good facing direction that I wanted., and two car garage attached to the town house! We were able to close the property in very short period of time with his help .
I am pleased with his service , and his expertise . He helped me finding the perfect townhouse . I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good realtor.
