Sold a home in 2012.
Considering that I had already relocated out of state and left my spouse to handle the sale of our Condo, Adam was very responsive and helpful in all aspects of the listing and eventual sale.
His efforts were greatly appreciated by both of us.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 in Belgium, WI.
I can say nothing of the way Adam handled my transaction late last year. Everything was done with clock-work precision, from the time of the showings, which he did several times, to arranging a meeting with the possible bank funder, to the final closing of escrow, to arranging for a handyman to do some minor chores on the property. Everything was done professionally and expeditiously. I cannot say anything. He's your consumate realtor. I will recommend him to my sister, who is also planning to retire here in Wisconsin, and probably my elder brother too.…More Less
