Zillow states in its Help section:If we allowed deletions to our database, we would not be able to provide these services to help you make smarter real estate decisions.Once the listing is in, you can't get it out.
If you see a server error, there is nothing you can do. Â For example, if you see "Microsoft Server Error 101," Â the problem is Zillow's database servers. Â Try to use different browsers to see if that may be the issue. Â Some web designers choose not to use web standards and design only for one browser, not all.
I've asked sites like Zillow and Trulia about this issue and been told to delete the listing from the source. Â If your listing is syndicated to Zillow, you have to find and instruct the source that provided the information to Zillow to delete the information.
Simple answer: Â It depends. It depends on price, market, and motivation.
