Adrian was always there to guide and answer any questions i had. This was my 1st experience buying a house and i feel that i couldnt have chosen a better realtor. He went above and beyond the expectations i had. He made the home buying experience as clear as it can get. Thank you Mr. Adrian Cafuentes for your patience and hard work. We finally got our home due to your diligence. After visiting several homes and finding difficult situations due to our financial limitations, Mr Cafuentes stayed with us, did not abandon our case and continued seeking opportunities for us. Bought a home in 2013.
We have been misled by several realtors before. We were very hesitant on finding someone new and disappointed with the outcome. I decided to look online and found Century 21 A Better Service. As a first time homebuyer, we needed a lot of guidance along the way. The ideal realtor is someone who knows your needs, likes and dislikes. After a few showings, Adrian had our best interest at heart. I was very impressed with his understanding of the real estate market and he was very informative than most realtors. He is genuinely an approachable, friendly, honest gentleman and we felt at ease on purchasing our first home. He has a great team by his side. He would send listings and schedule viewings within our convenience. We were truly impressed with Adrian’s expertise and knowledge but were more amazed how our agent ended up being a new friend.
