Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $700K in Almaden Valley, San Jose, CA.
We are lucky to find Adriana as our real estate agent.Adriana helped us buy our first home in San Jose CA. It’s very easy for first time buyers to be overwhelmed by the process of buying a home, fortunately Adriana was able to simplify the process quite a bit. The whole time we were house hunting, making sure the home was right for us was her highest priority.She was available whenever we needed and we never felt scared to approach her with any questions no matter how bizarre they were. In the end Adriana’s expertise got us a great price.Adriana keeps her clients best interest as a highest priority. We would highly recommend Adriana to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $400K in Blossom Valley, San Jose, CA.
We've really enjoyed working with Adriana. She paid attention to what we wanted and helped and encouraged us throughout. She's a great negotiator and helped us save time and money. We were able to use e-documents to make offers and she has a firm grasp on how to make an acceptable offer without overpaying. I highly recommend her as a buyer's agent.

Adriana is a delightful and knowledgeable real estate agent. She is very detail oriented, patient and very professional. We’ve bought and sold houses a few times and we know that the process can be nerve racking but she made us feel at ease. Her communication skills are exceptional and her friendly and positive personality is a plus. We would recommend her to anyone and we are sure we would use her again for our real estate needs. Adrianna is a patient, detail oriented agent that truly cares about her clients. We just bought a home w Adriana a few months back and it literally took a miracle for it to close. We were actually out of the country getting married when it closed and she made sure that the closing not only happened, but that it was not a burden on us while we were on vacation.

Adriana helped me buy my first home in Santa Clara. She was very helpful and is an excellent agent. I couldn't have done it without her and her team. Adriana notified me about this condo at the right time and I got pretty good price for the purchase. I was supremely satisfied with Adriana's depth of knowledge, flexibility and responsiveness. Although the market was gradually getting very competitive, she got me into the house of my dream. I was very fortunate to know her and happy from the bottom of my heart. I am really thankful for working with her.

I have bought few homes over the years. But this time buying home with Adriana was extraordinaryly exceptional experience. As everyone knows, bay area housing market is very challenging for home buyers. You need someone who has in depth knowledge and experience in the bay area. Adriana posses those skills to make your home buying experience a pleasant one. My name is Jay and I bought my home through Adriana, it was new development only one house was left we got that house and Adriana got the price rduced by 20,000.
