Team reviews

We are in the beginning stages of house hunting and both Jim and Kim were so patient with us. local knowledge and ability to listen to us and then provide guidance- very impressive. We haven't settled on a house yet but Jim and Kim will be our agents when we do!!!

Sold a home in 2011.

She was so sweet in the beginning, but then delayed and delayed listing our house until we started to feel desperate, pushed us to list it much under what we had initially agreed on, sold it within days, would not consider a second offer that tried to come in, accepted a price we said no to and lied to us about assets we could have kept (but said we couldn't). She did all of this in a very manipulative manner while one of us was in a medical crisis. She worked for herself, not for us. Later, I learned from friends, this is a real pattern. Not sure why she has good reviews.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Eugene, OR.
Primary point of contact: Kim Arscott

There was some initial difficulty in getting a response to my email inquiry, but when she responded Kim was helpful and friendly. The process was smooth, resources were provided, and a very good price was negotiated. I will call Kim again if I need a real estate representative.
