Eric is Broker and owner of Advantage Partners, LLC Realty. He spent a number of years as an investor after returning home to Wichita from active duty in the US Navy.
Eric became a full-time REALTOR to aide in his investment activities and to help friends and family from time to time, however it led to a full-time real estate sales career. Eric spent time with Realty Executives, EXIT Realty, Century 21 and finally decided to just open his own office - Advantage Partners, LLC was born in 2006 to allow him and other like-minded local professional agents and brokers an alternative to higher-priced national franchise fees and all the junk fees other brokers in the market are charging their agents. "If an agent gives up half of their commission to the broker, pays franchise fees and then pays for office fees and other required marketing fees for the office or franchise - that agent is left with very little at the end of the day to use for marketing him or herself to get the next commission. Furthermore, these agents have much less money left over, if any,to market the next house properly for the client. My goal in setting up Advantage Partners, LLC Realty was to provide the top technology and tools available on the market to all of my agents and their clients. Being able to quickly adapt to new technologies and changes in the market without having to seek approval of national chains or otherwise is the ket to our competitive advantages and is why we are able to have such low overhead. Low overhead means I can pay my agents more. A well paid agent has more money to spend on their customers and clients - and in so doing generates more personal branding and marketing of each agent's services which in turn generates even more business for our office and each agent here. My agents can actually go on vacation now and then - and not have to worry about where their next commission is comming from or if they will get their calls while away. We take care of our agents so that they can take care of our clients. Better pay, more marketing, faster sales, options to save buyers and sellers money = happier agents and happier customers".
Our secret to success here locally is that we own our software, we own the websites, we own the technology and have developers on staff that take care of all of us. We have very low overhead and have automated as much as possible to ensure quality and standardization on listings and buyer agent activities. It is easy to move to our office as an agent because the pay is much better, and everything is still taken care of for you. Our training facilities are loaded with technology, our offices have plenty of meeting rooms for private consultations with clients, we have a lounge and cafe here as well. Atmosphere is key - making our agents WANT to come to work and bring clients here. A great compensation plan for our agents that beats all of our competition means each Advantage Partner will have more money and time to spend on you - the customer. That's the way we think it should be.
