Hi Kimmie, I purchased my primary residence 1 year ago that was a foreclosure sale. I also just represented a buyer and closed on a foreclosure 2 weeks ago in Jarrettsville. Both with great results and my Buyers were estatic. If you are looking for experienced advice, visit my website http://www.MarylandHOMESTeam.com/ or email me at info@harfordadvantage.com and I would be happy to share my experience with you!
Most of these properties have been co-oped with a Broker. I would ask a local agent in that particular area for the closed price. If the auction just occurred, it may still be under contract on the Multiple List. I did a quick search on REDC and did not find an auction results page. I can imagine this would be a full time job to keep up-dating these properties.http://www.MarylandHOMESTeam.com/
Absolutely....my last primary mortgage is a Wells Fargo loan, he will set you up while you are on the phone with him. Let me know if you need his information.[content removed by moderator for being self promotional]
I do not see this as an Active property. It appears it was sold in March of 2005. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. http://www.MarylandHOMESTeam.com/
Robert McArtor's Website...SEARCH ALL HOMES IN MARYLANDHi Mohana, I would answer it this way....find a property or properties you are interested in....take a drive to the homes and drive around (or walk). You will get a feel of the area and if the environment is busy or not. If you need public transportation to move around...living near the Metro is priceless!
[self-promotional post, removed by moderator] Hi Chenworthandsons, I did not know you were represented by an agent. You should ask your agent these questions. I can tell you this however, the Seller is still the owner of record regardless of whether they are advertising a "Short Sale". They can still accept or reject your offer.
I need to delete my old profile since I have been using my new one for quite some time now. I want to claim my properties on my new profile. OLD is ROBERTMCARTOR37785771NEW is AdvantageRobert
I recently purchase a foreclosure as my primary residence in Fallston. What a GREAT deal! - I also have Bank Owned Properties in my inventory of homes for sale and can tell you....once you put in an offer, I typically receive a response in a day vs. a short sale 1 to 3 months. I am a fan of foreclosure offers however it cannot be a contingent offer...meaning you cannot have a house to sell. However...there is room there to negotiate. Maybe not on the price if it is new to the market but you can negotiate the closing costs. Give me a call if you need more information on how to put in an offer that will be acceptable on a foreclosed property...I have been there and everything worked well for us.[self-promotional post, removed by moderator]
Is this home in foreclosure or seized by the bank and, if so, is the price now ldecreased?
