Short sales can take anywhere from 30-90 days for bank approval plus an additional 30 days to close. In some cases, this process can take longer. If you're looking to close asap, I would recommend skipping short sales, as there is no guarantee how long the process will take.I would be happy to find some similar, non-short sale options for you.
