Actually, the home is still listed at $849,000. =)I don't think the value (compared to the Zestimate) will drop another $200k... However, the last comparable sale (Jan 31, 08) was a foreclosure at $525k. With respect for this seller, I must say that property may have been in poor condition and may not have the same features.
