I am having trouble only viewing Q&A for my area or any specific area/city in general. It is only allowing me to view Q&A for the entire United States. Please help, thank you.

I enjoy open houses. Most of the open houses I've done have been vacant though. If not, it's always recommended that the owner remove anything of value that could easily be stolen. I also believe that open houses shouldn't be done alone -- even if it's not another realtor, have a friend or relative. That being said, my open house last week had nearly 20 groups of people pass through in just a few hours! We actually wrote an offer on the spot. It was very exciting and all the buyers walking through seemed to be excited by the turnout too. Open houses are great, just need to be cautious..

Not a fairytale. It was an amazing turnout. It was a REO, priced very well and rare for the neighborhood. Great turnouts happen with the right properties. My associate just had one last week -- 14 people that registered. People are buying... They are buying the deals, which we have a lot of. FYI ... groups of people ... husband & wife and a friend, family, two investors,  family & friends, etc... 

JeAr, I am having the same issue. Since the layout of Zillow has changed, I cannot find the Q&A for a specific area. I can only access the Q&A for a specific address. It was nice to see all the Q&A for an area -- being an agent I have answers to alot of users questions. Now I have no idea when someone asks a questions, unless I look at every property in the Zillow database individually -- which would be silly. =) Am I missing something? Please advise. Thank you!

We had a couple successful open houses just a few weeks ago. Both were REOs. We held them on weekdays from 3PM-6PM. One did okay, we picked up a few solid leads.... The other was amazing. We had nearly 20 groups of people show up. I advertised it online and sent the info out to our database. We wrote an offer on the spot, but it sold well over list to someone else. Aggressive pricing is key.
