I know there is a lot of confusion and ambiguity out there regarding the real estate market. The Nashville economy has changed so dramatically in the past few months and it can be frustrating to track down accurate information about home values. Different neighborhoods can have very different metrics. Comparing Brentwood to East Nashville really is apples and oranges. A super high priced condo in the Gulch might attract multiple bids in 24 hours, but an affordable townhome in a suburbs might be on the market for 10 months or more. Entering the market can be a scary place.

The good news is that the majority of Nashville homeowners are once again in an equity position. It may be by a slim margin, but perhaps today's still-low interest rates will be enough of an incentive to make it the right time for you and your family to consider a move.

I entered this business on a lark in 2003. Turns out, it's my passion. I'm a techie and I love digging down in the data to find the truth (and the fairness) in the numbers. I'm also a problem solver. My goal is to help you turn the stressful life event of "moving house" into an efficient and pleasant experience… a drama-free zone.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $525K in Lockeland Springs, Nashville, TN.

This was my second purchase through Stephanie...With each transaction, she went above and beyond to meet our needs. With the purchase of my condo and now house, she expertly handled the details of the transactions especially when we faced certain obstacles. A particular problem presented itself in the condo just prior closing where Stephanie shouldered the responsibility physically and financially to remediate the issue. This allowed me to close prior to my locked rate expiring. Congruently, the current purchase of my fiance's and my home had several hurdles to overcome. Buying a home is stressful enough... on top of that we were out of town towards the end of the process. Again, Stephanie made herself readily available to handle key appointments-- the re-inspection and contractor updates-- all while starting the process of selling my condo. I look forward to working with her again and would highly recommend her to anyone buying in the greater Nashville area.  More Less
