I found myself needing to make a decision regarding my home after loss of income. I knew this was the right decision and that I would need help. I googled local realtors in the area with experience in a short-sale and Christy Seigfried's name was on the top of the heap with lots of fabulous reviews. I did not hesitate and emailed her. My experience with Christy was virtually painless. She got the job done in a professional and caring way. She guided me through the process every step. For all she has done for me in changing my life (for the better) I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is considering selling their home.

Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Me and my wife enjoyed working with Christy, she and her Partner Chelle seam to go out of there way just for us, when it looked that things were not in our favor Christy kept a positive outlook and reinforced us that it will all work out and everything will be OK, her positive attuide gave us great hope and finially we did sell out property and it did work out for all of us.
If i'm in the need of any future needs in real estate I will certinly call on Christy and Chelle again,...I would higly recommend anyone I know that is in the market for home to see Christy and chelle before they go any where eles.

Christy was incredible. She held our hand through every step of the sale of our house. In an unsure market our house was sold within 3 weeks. If any realtor deserves a perfect 10 it is Christy. I will be forever grateful for the way she dealt with things even when we had to leave before the sale of the house. She went over and above our expectations. She worked hard and at the same time she made us feel very cared for. If you are lucky enough to work with her you will wish every realtor was just like her.

Christy was very much on top of her game and always proactive, while helping me buy my first home. She kept me in formed of everything the minute she heard and made sure other parties involved stayed on top of what they needed to also! She not only was always professional, she was friendly and kind. She will even cry with you if it comes to that. I will never use another agent because I am positive when I say 'no one will work harder for you!' that I am accurate in my statement!
