Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Hudson, MA.
after having some difficulties selling our home, we were introduced to Aida and was told that our type of home was exactly up her alley. they were right!! Aida was very kind, friendly, down to earth and new just what to do and how we should go about doing so. she named a price that was very fair for the market and we were impressed with the results. we did have one offer fall through but she kept us positive and told us that there were many more people interested, lots of activity she said. well she was right. the next showing that came up was a success. the negotiation went well and both parties walked away with a great feeling. Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Acton, MA.
Aida had a good knowledge of the local market. She found nearby houses to compare ours too in order to determine a competitive price. She was quick to respond to questions. She was very flexible in arranging times to meet. She had lots of good advice and helped us decide which offer to take.
