My husband and I couldn't have found a better real estate professional to help us through the process of finding and purchasing our first home. Aivars Mecs is well educated and extremely knowledgeable in the real estate market and proved to be an invaluable resource from start to finish. He was highly responsive and always had an answer or solution to any question or concern. But most importantly, it was clear to both my husband and myself that Aivars' main goal was to build a relationship with us, not just close a quick sale. That made all the difference in the world. Sold a home in 2011.
I have worked with Aivars Mecs for about two years on several transactions. He has assisted me in buying homes as well as selling homes in the Upstate South Carolina market. He is knowledgable of local and national trends and is very familiar with the market regarding investment properties. He also laughs alot which makes dealing with even the negative issues bearable.
