Bought a home in 2011.
We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent and home buying experience! Aivars is extremely knowledgeable in his field. With our busy schedules Aivars was always willing and able to meet us at times that were convenient for us. We became more than just his clients, as he got to know us as a family and really understood our needs.

Bought a home in 2011.
My husband and I couldn't have found a better real estate professional to help us through the process of finding and purchasing our first home. Aivars Mecs is well educated and extremely knowledgeable in the real estate market and proved to be an invaluable resource from start to finish. He was highly responsive and always had an answer or solution to any question or concern. But most importantly, it was clear to both my husband and myself that Aivars' main goal was to build a relationship with us, not just close a quick sale. That made all the difference in the world. We will certainly continue to build that relationship in future business dealings with Mecs Home Realty and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Sold a home in 2011.
I have worked with Aivars Mecs for about two years on several transactions. He has assisted me in buying homes as well as selling homes in the Upstate South Carolina market. He is knowledgable of local and national trends and is very familiar with the market regarding investment properties. He also laughs alot which makes dealing with even the negative issues bearable.

Showed home in 2011 in Apalache, Greer, SC 29651.
Worked for 6 months prior to buying reviewing homes in area. Visited area and saw about 50 homes. Agent was very organized had homes lined up for us to look at, discussed each home pluses and negatives. It was a very good experience and highly recommend Aivars as an agent.
