Buying, selling, or trading real estate is one of the important and expensive actions most people make in their lives. It should not be treated lightly. Although our motto is "Making Real Estate Fun," I can not over emphasize the importance of making the right decision for your family in a no pressure, no stress environment.

I am one of the few agents who works on real estate trades and exchanges, also known as equity swaps, which give you a greater choice of options. I am part of a nationwide network that works on trading personal and real property in every state of the Union, and around the world.

I have participated in transactions locally in California, Nevada, New Mexico, Hawaii, Arizona, and other states.

Yes, I ran for congress, but you may not of voted for me, so perhaps you will vote for me to be your Realtor.

I have been top agent at one company I worked for, 3 years in a row, outselling over 300 agents, closing escrow each year between $30 to $40 million dollar a year during that period.

I had the largest listing, at the time, in the history of Century 21.  At another company with thousands of agents, I was in the top 5 of a competition for best listing presentation, which was video taped and used to train hundreds of new agents.

You may have also met me as I traveled around the country in several cities with the Learning Annex "How To Be A Millionaire" real estate exhibit, featuring Donald Trump (Developer), Robert Kiyosaki (Rich Dad, Poor Dad Author), Tony Robbins (Motivational Speaker), and over a dozen other real estate entrepreneurs. They set me up on the convention center floor, between Tony Robbins and Robert Kiyosaki, with my specialty being distressed properties as listed in this resume.

I have been licensed to sell real estate in California since 1990, am licensed in Nevada, and was first licensed in Arizona when I was 21, in 1979.

I started out selling homes and condos, but also have participated in sales and listings of commercial real estate from 2 up to 150 rental units, hotels, offices, warehouses, mobile home parks, and land from small lots to 44,000 +/- acres with 5,000 building lots and 5 gold mines.

Having been in real estate for over 30 years, I have the knowledge and experience that only a seasoned professional can give you.

I do regular standard sales and have vast knowledge and experience in distressed properties, including but not limited to: foreclosures, bank owned (REO), short sales, probate sales, bankruptcy court sales, conservatorship sales, tax lien and tax deeds sales and auctions, and other types of esoteric and unique real estate transactions, for my clients and myself.

      Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.175M in Santa Monica, CA.
      Over the past several years and continuing thru present times the real estate market has been very tough for property owners trying to sell property. most properties that sell , sell at prices that are huge losses for the property owner. Albert took on an investment property we owned and over the course of 3+ years was extremely upbeat and optimistic that we would be able to sell. He marketed the property in many unique ways. Our first buyer backed out and Albert was still very enthusiastic in promoting our property. We finally got a buyer and a backup and then began to have problems with the tenant. Albert handled the tenant, the somewhat skiddish buyer and brought the contract to close within 30 days. While we still lost some money in the deal it was significantly less then originally anticipated.

      I highly recommend Albert as a real estate broker to sell any property, anywhere and in the process you will gain a friend.
