Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Douglasville, GA.
Being a first time home buyer,I didn't know what to expect or even what I really was looking for. Mr. Hunter provided me with a wealth of knowledge about what each area offered. Also, he determined what kind of purchase costs and returns I could expect for each. Shortly after the education phase, I produced a list of several homes I wanted to visit. He didn't miss a beat when I gave him the list and within a couple days he had my weekend packed with scheduled viewings. Mr. Hunter had my e-mail box full of new houses and price changes that were tailored to my interests every day. I put an offer in on a home that was a foreclosure. What really impressed me was that he not once tried to sway me from purchasing a foreclosure. Instead he encouraged me because he saw the way I lit up when I viewed it. He helped keep the ball rolling and helped me cope with the stress when I began to worry. I closed on my first home January 16, 2013 and I'm extremely happy with the home and the experience.
