Sold a home in 2010.
Alans knowledge of the real estate market was very impressive.he sold our home very fast and was very helpful throughout the process.He got our listing information out quickly and our home was only up for sale about a month before someone was interested.And with the economy the way it is we were very suprised it sold that quickly.I highly recommend alan if you want to sell quick.…More Less

Sold a home in 2012.
I actually found Alan through the internet so I am glad I can give him this review. When looking for an agent to sell my property, I had contacted several but was still not sure that they could perform in 2011's harsh real estate market. I contacted Alan because I saw how many places his posted his listings and I figured he would at least be aggressive on getting my home viewed.
Happily, after I signed with him some one I really had never met, volunteered that there was only one agent I should use, etc.etc. I told them that I had already selected a guy, and they still kept pushing. Eventually, he said that his agent was Alan Grizzle so we laughed that I must have made a good decision!
And I did.
Alan was candid and honest in all dealings, and always returned calls, and took time to be thorough with me and my wife. It took a little time but he finally put a deal together for us. Everything went smooth at closing.
And while I doubt everyone these days wishes they could have sold for more, in hindsight, I really don't think I could have ever negotiated a better deal. But that is not really why I take the time to give him this testimonial. 7 months after the deal, I had a question about the closing, kind of a tax question. I really did not want to burden him with the question, as it was more for an accountant. But I finally said maybe he will be able to answer it quick. Well, despite my apologies, he took at least 30 minutes out of his evening to look online, and check some info and gave me a thorough answer.
He did not have to do that as there was definitely nothing in it for him.
While he does work hard for his money, I think a greater testimonial is that he has that special character to help me out when there was no money or deal involved. Really just because he is that good.
Not really a short endorsement, but sometimes things need to be stressed. And in times when we all seem to have to rush and so many professionals seem to focus only how fast they can get you out of the door, I am especially pleased to say: I would most highly recommend Alan Grizzle to anyone that needs a real estate agent.…More Less

Showed home in 2012 in Nimblewill, Dahlonega, GA 30533.
I brought several properties to Alan to view from Zillow. He was very helpful showing me the properties I requested and once he knew what I was looking for, he had some sugestions that were even better than what I had researched.
