I'd love to be able to just throw out numbers but you'll be making some major decisions based on that number.  I would really need to see your home in person before I could give you any advice about what it might list/sell for.

How did you identify this particular property?  Are you looking for comparable values/similar properties in that neighborhood?

Why do you ask?  Are you a buyer?  Seller?  Investor?  I think it makes a difference as far as positioning yourself in the market.  In other words, are you trying to get out, get in, or make it pencil?

Per the tax roll, the lot square footage is 2,996.928.
