Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Mount Prospect, IL.
Alan made our home buying experience not only stress free but fun! He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of the home and he often would point out things to us that we didn't even notice or would just share information about the quality or use of different appliances or accessories. He looks out for the best interest of his clients and points out both pros and cons. He was very attentive to what we were looking for and extremely patient. Alan also is incredibly easy to get a hold of. If we saw a property we wanted to see that morning, he would do his best to show it to us that day. Helped me rent a Condo home in Rogers Park, Chicago, IL.
What a terrific realtor. He was able to find me the place of my dreams in a matter of days, and worked around the clock to ensure all of my needs were met. In the four years that I've been reading his posts, I couldn't help but notice the respect and admiration he enjoys from his fellow colleagues.
Since we lived out of his service area and we didn't have the pleasure of having him to personally represent us, to be honest in this review I did not rate him on responsiveness or negotiation skills.
Disclaimer: Alan didn't help us buy a house, but his honest and generous advice on Zillow was instrumental in helping us sell our house. As retirees after selling we downsized to an apartment, and currently are renting in Texas.…More Less
