Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Eagle River Valley, Eagle River, AK.
Cindy is great!! She really cares about her clients. I purchased my house via long distance and was so thankful to have Cindy taking care of the details. A house purchase is stressful enough but doing it long distance was even more stressing. However, knowing Cindy was taking care of everything was comforting. She did a wonderful job. She is responsive, knowledgable, pleasant to work with and an expert in her field. I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.

Selling your first home can be a very intimidating experience. However, Cindy helped us through the whole process by giving us the information we needed to make the right decisions. With her help, we were able to get through the challenging experience with ease.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 in Eagle River, Eagle River, AK.
Cindy helped my husband and I purchase our first home back in March. We loved it then and love it even more today! After showing us several properties in our price range, we found the perfect home to fit our growing family. Cindy fought for us to get everything we wanted and always put our needs first, from day one right up until the day we closed. The previous owner didn't clean the place after moving out, and Cindy went above and beyond and even had it cleaned from top to bottom for us the day before we moved in.
I would strongly recommend Cindy Wilson to anyone wanting a very pleasant experience buying a home, and I know when its time for us to buy again, we will be giving Mrs Wilson a call!

Bought a home in 2011.
We could not have asked for a better representative!! Especially for our first time buying a home. She made the entire process stress-free. I felt like she was going above and beyond to help us find the house of our dreams. She definitely went out of her way to make this an enjoyable experience. We are uber-thankful to have had her as our agent. The best!!!

Cindy, although I only dealt with her briefly was very professional and respectful in the reaction of a very, extremely rude and appalling rejection letter from a sellers agent. She handled the situation as a true professional. I was impressed.
