    Alex was our buyer's agent for a house in Ann Arbor. We were very impressed with Alex's efficiency, analytical skills, knowledge of the local market and professionalism. He seemed to have every house that was on the market in any neighborhood in AA in his memory. He was able to immediately evaluate any house (positives, negatives, repair/remodeling costs, ages of features) upon walking in. Compared to our previous buying experience, this time seemed "easy," and he paid attention to all of the details to make everything come together (e.g. inspection report, negotiations, closing paperwork, etc).
