Bought a home in 2012.
Alex helped us find our dream home in Ann Arbor. He has immense patience with first time home buyer's questions and was also able to put up with our annoying finance company's delays. We have recommended him to several of our friends. He and his assistants are great people to work with. Thank Alex.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Ann Arbor, MI.
Alex was our buyer's agent for a house in Ann Arbor. We were very impressed with Alex's efficiency, analytical skills, knowledge of the local market and professionalism. He seemed to have every house that was on the market in any neighborhood in AA in his memory. He was able to immediately evaluate any house (positives, negatives, repair/remodeling costs, ages of features) upon walking in. Compared to our previous buying experience, this time seemed "easy," and he paid attention to all of the details to make everything come together (e.g. inspection report, negotiations, closing paperwork, etc). We also appreciate that Alex was not pushy in any regard. He is very busy, but despite this he is very organized and responsive, as is his staff.

This Guy knows his stuff. Alex helped me buy my families dream home a few months ago. I am convinced his expertise and market knowledge saved us a boat load. It was a pleasure working with him and look forward to doing buisness with him in the future.

Alex is extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive of your search for the perfect Ann Arbor home! He will make himself available to you constantly and will always be sending you great prospects. It's very simple with Alex - he always does a great job because it will make for very happy customers which will make for more and continued business (which is why he sells more houses every year!) He is honest, straightforward, and wants you to find your perfect home! My wife and I are huge fans and are glad not only to work with him, but to get to know him personally. Thank you Alex!!
