Helped me rent a Single Family home in Walnut Creek, CA.
Alex, was very full of himself to my husband...(like talking about himself)
He's a problem not worth getting in touch with.....
He started yelling at my husband, about saying what we liked and did not like the house...
He was not ready, and did not know anything about the area. At the, the end of the tour his wife came to the house, and came in rude not introducing herself... and found another room, that he did not know about...( a third story )
And, after we had said no that we did not like the house he walked out, and got in his car with his wife, turned the car around and, said follow me, and took of...
I do not like the way his wife, and him introduced themselfs. And, knowing there are different people out there to help us. I think you should chose someone else, not like him....

This review is bogus and pure fiction, I do not deal with leases/rentals so this interaction never happened. I also researched the said property and it has not been on the market in years and never for lease. I have lived in the area my entire life (40+ years) so I am very well versed in it both in business and in general. If this were true why would they rate 3 stars on negotiation skills? Good thing all reviews can be tracked.

There wasn't much to negotiate, so it would be good if you included a not applicable option. We had a good selection of listings to choose from, Alex arranged for all the service contractors we needed initially and was prompt with all paperwork and deadlines.

I had the pleasure of working with Alex Villasenor during the sale of my house in Walnut Creek. It was an excellent experience. Alex's knowledge of the market, prepping the house, coordinating the interior decorating and staging and selecting lighting fixtures, slate, paint colors and flooring was invaluable. The sale went off without any delay. It sold in 7 days and the close of escrow was 21 days. Unbelievable but true. I highly recommend Alex to anyone that desires a pain free, fast and professional house sales experience.
Alex and his wife, Leslie, were simply amazing! From the smallest details, to the biggest issues--- Alex and Leslie took care of everything. Even after we closed on the beautiful property they found for us, Alex has promptly and efficiently handled every question or issue. You cannot find a better realtor team!!!
Alex assisted me in the purchase of my new home. He was patient and realistic, educated me very well about the local market and helped me clarify my thoughts about what I wanted in a property. He also provided extremely useful guidance for working with my lender.
And he did all of that as I was executing a complicated, tri-continental move. My time on the ground in California was extremely limited, and he helped me use every minute of it effectively. When I was abroad he was a great communicator and facilitator, and was able to keep the process moving smoothly and aggressively towards closing.
I will be forever thankful. I LOVE my new home, and I feel like I will have no surprises or regrets, thanks to Alex's due diligence and coaching. I recommend him very highly, especially to first-time home buyers who are new to this process.

A realtor is supposed to help you find your dream home and that is exactly what Alex did. He is phenomenal. He listens and supports his clients. He didn't push us to get what he thought was right for us, he found what we wanted. Great guidance, great sense of urgency. He is super responsive and willing to answer any and all questions. We found him by luck when he was selling another home and developed an instant rapport. It took a few months, but Alex was patient and got us into our perfect home. If you're looking for a realtor who will listen to you, respect you and is great to work with, you've found your man!

Alex Villasenor and his wife Leslie are not only highly professional, knowledgeable, honest and resourceful realtors, but also are great people, and it was our great pleasure to work with them. Alex helped us tremendously to buy our dream house. Before Alex became our agent, we were navigating real estate market for almost 6 months without any success. After several of our offers were outbid, we almost lost hope to buy a house in Lafayette. And then we met Alex. He and Leslie showed us two houses, we liked the one, made an offer, and within couple of days we were in escrow.
Alex also helped with arranging home and pest inspections, and other repair and services which houses often need. He made purchasing a house a really hassle free and enjoybale experinece. Thank you, Alex!
