    Very efficient. every time I interested myself in a home and wanted to view, alexander was quick to find an appointment, as well as keep me inform of anything. Highly recommend his assistance to anyone who is interested in finding a home. I am still working with him and I am very pleased.

    Bought a Multi Family home in 2011 in Rochdale, Jamaica, NY.
    He picked me up and showed me a home in South Jamaica, and I ultimately placed an offer on it. He also helped with the contract negotiations to include a new refrigerator, washer, and dryer. He was there at the closing and helped things to go smoothly.
