Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Pittsburgh, PA.

Summary:

We worked with Alexis to purchase our home in Mt. Lebanon last year. She was far and away the best realtor I have ever worked with. She went above and beyond in every situation. From welcoming our infant son on househunting trips (and taking nursing/diaper changing breaks with a smile!) to calling service providers for estimates after our inspection to walking us thru various loan types, she was always there and one step ahead of us when we needed her to be. She is a wealth of information on Pittsburgh and Mt. Lebanon specifically and just a really nice person to be around in general. I would without a doubt use Alexis again if we need another Pittsburgh based realtor and have recommended her to a few friends (who have been just a happy with her as we were!)…More Less

It's a spirited community that suits Pittsburgh native, Alexis Fitch, to a "T." Her vibrant, cheerful approach to life shines through in everything she does. Alexis thoroughly enjoys a career that allows her to work with a wide range of interesting people, and she takes great pride in helping her clients realize their dreams and accomplish their real estate goals. You might be surprised to learn Alexis has a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Marine Science from Penn State University and a Masters Degree in Environmental Science&Management from Duquesne University. During her science career, Alexis honed her analytical skills while working on a diverse range of biological field projects that took her from the Costa Rican rainforests, to the wetlands of Georgia and South Carolina, to diving expeditions off of the Florida Keys. Eventually she settled in Pittsburgh to be closer to family and to pursue her interest in real estate. Alexis and her husband now reside on the same street where she grew up. Whether visiting the local farmers' market, mountain biking at nearby South Park or in the distant Canyonlands of Utah, scuba diving off the coast of Cat Island in the Bahamas or simply tending to her garden filled with stargazer lilies, Alexis thrives on living an active life connected to friends, family and the beauty of the natural world around us.
