Alice was fabulous to work with! She made our home search and home buying experience seem quite a nice adventure. Alice was very honest and knowledgeable, and she made herself very available. Would highly recommend her!

Sellers in the housing market of the last three years have had a very tought time moving their homes at a reasonable price, considering the number of short sales and repossessions that can be found almost everywhere. My house had been on the market for about a year-and-a-half when I changed over to EXIT Realty Southwest Spirit. I found that Alice Switzer had a good understanding of the current market issues. Her advice on asking price, potential buyers, and negotiation with the buyer made the sale go quickly. She is personable, easy to work with, and always had a way to accomplish what needed done when other elements in the process created potential roadblocks. I would recommend her to anyone seeking to get the best possible price for their home in the current market.

Sold a home in 2010.
Alice is a hard working, tenacious agent. I never had to wonder or ask where things stood, she kept in constant contact with me. She is down to earth, realistic, and to the point which I greatly appreciated. This is a tough market and she brought buyers! I would highly recommend her!
Her strengths are her communications and her flexibility. We received regular, clear, and timely emails and phone calls from Alice. As a result, we were confident that we knew what was going on even though we were two time zones away. Her flexibility was evident in her use of electronic signatures, enabling us to receive, sign, and return important documents within minutes, instead of the usual print, sign, re-scan routine.
I would recommend Alice to anyone buying or selling a house.
