Sold a home in 2012.

my house was on the market for over 2yrs, went threw 4 realtors before god sent me Alicia, other realtors found it impossible dealing with Bank of Americas very crazy business practices but she powered threw and made it happen for me. i have already recommended her to others and she even helped my friend Will Tong find a house and he has already moved in and he also has nice things to say about her. i did mean it when i said she was sent by god because i was so tired of the process i had given up  More Less

Thank you for your nice words, Tony. FYI to others: His house needed a "short sale" which he had been forced into by job loss and illness. So, after obtaining a purchase offer for his home near Joe Pool Lake, I was able to successfully negotiate for him with his Lender to stop a scheduled foreclosure and convince them to take less than the balance owed on his loan - and the Lender agreed to pay property taxes and HOA dues. It was a win-win for Seller & Buyer. Are you past due more than 30 days on your home loan? Call me to learn how you can avoid foreclosure through a "short sale".

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Irving, TX.

I did not know Alicia before, but, even though I had gone through the process of selling many homes, she had lots of ideas that helped us sell in 8 days in a market that was not conducive to even slow sales! I felt very comfortable with her and she helped worked out problems that came up along the way when buyer wanted special things done to the roof that would have cost a fortune. Her expertise helped both me and the buyer understand what was not needed. Sharon  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Chapel Creek, Fort Worth, TX.

Alicia was absolutely instrumental in the quick sale of our parents' house. She knew exactly what advice to give us as far as what the house needed to have it updated in order to make it appealing to buyers.
