As a Real Estate Consultant, Alina is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers in San Francisco and throughout the Bay Area.

She enjoys representing a first time home buyer as much as she enjoys representing a seasoned investor or a luxury property seller or buyer.

Alina is a San Francisco home owner herself and served as her building's HOA Board President for the past 2 years.
She is happy and proud to report that in this capacity she initiated and led the construction defects litigation against the developer, a long and complicate process that successfully settled this year.

When it comes to condo related issues, Alina has an experience based point of view about all aspects of condo owning and and operating and overall HOA financial health.

Living in Potrero Hill/Dogpatch, she is taking an interest in the neighborhood's future development and actively participating in the community happenings.

She wrote hundreds of syndicated articles, covering economical and political issues. Her passion for global affairs eventually translated into a PhD in Economics. Prior to her Real Estate career, Alina held positions of responsibility for economic development organizations, multinational corporations and nonprofits. She also successfully established and managed a San Francisco based import business for home decoration.

Alina considers herself an international citizen, which is a reflection of the city she proudly represents. It is nothing more rewarding for her than sharing the complex San Francisco real estate process with buyers and sellers from all over the world and all over the country. Speaking of this, Alina went through rigorous education and obtain the CIPS title( Certified International Property Specialist). That involved studying different real estate markets in countries from Europe, Asia and Latina America, taxation issue and real estate practices and investment/buying practices in those markets. Being a Realtor is also a local business. Doing business in your community means getting to know and supporting other local enterprises. Alina constantly discovers new restaurants, home grown artists, music and concert venues, parks and simple ways to enjoy what San Francisco has to offer.
She is thoroughly knowledgeable about the nuances of different neighborhoods and always aware of changing trends, recognizing where there is new potential.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $975K in Potrero Hill, San Francisco, CA.

We weren't first-time home buyers -- but even we found the prospect of buying in today's San Francisco real estate market really daunting. Alina in hindsight made it all seem easy -- she came to understand our needs and constraints really quickly. She both found properties that might potentially fit both and gave us good advice about pros and cons. Both her range of skills and connections within the local real estate community stood her and us in good stead in locating and closing on a home. And she stays in touch with us to make sure things are going smoothly. We first encountered Alina in early October thinking that our buying a home in the city was a long shot. We closed the deal on the home we're set to occupy by mid-December. What else can one say?  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $925K in Bernal Heights, San Francisco, CA.

Alina helped me and my wife purchase our first home and was excellent. The SF market is complicated, nuanced, and frustrating especially for first time buyers. She was helpful and patient throughout the process. She showed a great knowledge and understanding of the specific neighborhoods and areas we were excited about and guided us wisely during our entire journey. We were successful in the end thanks to her combination of patience and tenacity. I would recommend her (and have) to any friend looking to try and navigate the SF home buying market.  More Less

Bought a home in 2013.

Alina helped me purchase a condo. She took me for a tour of the building and helped me with decision making on layout and square footage. I was concerned about transportation from and to the city and she put me in contact with someone that was already living in the building and had the same commute. The transaction was smooth and fast.  More Less
