Alison was super responsive and really looked after us from day 1 all the way to the time the escrow closed and beyond. What I loved the most about Alison is her honesty and the deep knowledge of the Tahoe region. I would highly recommend Alison.

Alison and Kristi impressed us at each and every turn in our experience. With a local perspective, she was able to focus our attention on the area that would best suit our desires and was most likely to offer a property at our desired price point, and we quickly found THE property. But that was just the beginning--the subsequent purchase process was far more challenging than the average purchase and Alison manuevered it masterfully. At each 'bump', Alison diligently worked with the seller's multiple representatives to find a solution that worked for us, often more favorably than even we had hoped. She negotiated through many hurdles with aplomb and successfully closed within the very tight window the sellers had offered. Even more remarkable is that Alison and Kristi were always available and responsive...they fielded many questions and reliably followed through with thoughtful answers and a range of options for our consideration. While the transaction was quite different than any we had previously completed, we never felt uninformed...Alison had an explanation when we needed one and always a path forward.
