Alissa Unruh

Although Alissa enjoys traveling, there is no place where she is more at home than here in Wichita. Even after being an area resident for 25 years, she still discovers something new about Wichita to love each day.

When Alissa isn't working with her clients, there is nothing she enjoys more than spending time with her family.  Alissa has been very happily married for 20 years to Dan, a broker with his own commercial real estate firm. They have two daughters 15 & 18 who love soccer, golf, music, DECA and YEK.  Together as a family they enjoy domestic and international travel, snow and water sports, gardening, exercising, movies, church & attending sporting events.

Alissa's background includes a Bachelor's degree from WSU in International Business as well as a Bachelor's degree in German. She speaks fluent German and has lived and traveled extensively abroad.  She has 22 years of business and management experience as well as the following designations that she has earned throughout her real estate career: Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and E-Agent Designation. Alissa has consistently won top sales awards every year of her career including the most recent 2008 award ranking her as the #4 top sales agent at J.P. Weigand and #1 top sales agent in number of sales at the J.P. Weigand West office.

Since connecting with her clients is of utmost importance, Alissa makes communication priority number one.
