JUDY WAGNER,Broker. Growing up in Miami, attending PACE High School & Miami Dade, Judy moved to Charlotte to attend Dental Hygiene School, graduating with honors, earning an RDH license in Florida &North Carolina. She married her "Boone Boy" in 1971 and moved to Boone when Blowing Rock Road was a two lane highway. In 1970 there were no fast food restaurants. Boone has since grown, and blossomed into a beautiful and charming town, offering green developments, culture &the arts and extraordinary education opportunities.
Following her rewarding career as a Hygienist, & 20 years as a Community and School Volunteer, Serving several terms on the Friends of Watauga Board, Judy joined her husband, Allan, in real estate.
Judy, a devoted mother and grandmother, has tirelessly volunteered with Watauga County Schools and the civic community, earning Volunteer Parent of the Year several times. She has also owned and managed her own retail businesses and while working in retail, was honored as the top salesperson in her region. A true service professional, Judy treats her clients with respect and dignity. As to joining Allan, "We've been a team for more than 35 years, so working together in a profession we both love seems to suit us to a "T".

Casey Wagner entered real estate as a fourth generation Realtor. Born and raised in Boone, Casey, a member of the "Class of 2000," graduated from of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications.
Casey was a Special Events Manager for The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes where she was awarded the distinction of Ritz~Carlton Five Star Employee of the Year.
Her study of the historic homes of Newport, RI and extensive travels throughout the quaint villages of Europe have given her a diverse appreciation of various architectural styles.
After traveling the world, Casey has a renewed appreciation for Boone and is proud to call the mountains of North Carolina home again.
