I am happy to share my experience with Alma Solomon and recommend her to anyone that has a need to buy or sell real estate. When I first met Alma Solomon, she was the listing agent of a house I was interested in. I called Alma to schedule an appointment and she quickly arranged a tour for me to see the property. At our initial meeting, I found that Alma is knowledgeable, respectful, honest, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I ask Alma to represent us to make an offer to the house. The next few weeks Alma was so on top of the communication and the negotiation providing guidance and insight to the process every step of the way. Finally, in a competitive market, we signed a contract on the house. From inspections to addendums to any questions or concerns that I might have had, she was there to give me guidance and truthfulness in a timely manner. She is well connected for inspections and any other service that you might need. Based on the challenges of my real estate transaction, I can honestly say that I would not be in my new home now with any other agent. Alma is the reason that I was able to get this transaction closed. We spoke, texted or emailed every day for a few weeks. Alma exceeded my expectations because she cares about her customers. Again, I highly recommend her.

WOW ! Alma went to bat for me and hit a home run. I am very happy with the negotiational skills Alma has and the ability to say the right thing at the right time to keep me from stressing out too much during the FHA loan approval process. Alma is a professional realtor that will go above and beyond your expectations! During our 3-month listing of our property with her, she kept us informed almost daily of any activity of showings as well as any follow-up feedback from the realtor or realtors who showed our property to potential buyers. She also listed it on multiple websites that generated high interest in the property as well as showings. The professional pictures she had taken of our home were absolutely amazing, to say the least.

We had multiple offers during the listing period; however, not high enough to accept any of those offers despite her strong negotiation skills of counter offering by showing that those offers were below fair market value based on a comparative market analysis of recent properties sold in our neighborhood with similar square footage, lot size, year built, and number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

We have no doubt whatsoever that she did her very best to have our home sold but we realize that there are things that were out of her control such as the time of the year when our house was listed as well as the uncertainty of the Presidential elections. However, we honestly believe she put her best and most professional efforts to sell our home.

My family and I relocated from Las Vegas Nevada and were looking for a home near the coast. Alma helped us find the perfect home in Carlsbad that was in a great school district that also took into account my daughters specific needs for her sports. Our home was also very close to my new job with very little to almost no commute.She helped educate us on our new surroundings as to where the stores, restaurants and parks where. Her follow-up with us ensured that we were comfortable in our new surroundings and that we had everything we needed to settle in and feel apart of our new community. She is truly a professional.
