Showed home in 2012.
Erin helped my husband and I with our first home purchase in Nov 2012. From the start of the house buying process to the close of escrow (and even after when we had questions!), she has been exceptional. Erin is extremely knowledgeable, patient, diligent, and is excellent with communication. Furthermore, she is ethical and we felt very comfortable in confiding in her. The closing of escrow went very smoothly and we are extremely happy with our home-buying experience with Erin. Words cannot fully describe how great Erin is - I would highly encourage anyone to at least meet with her. There is no doubt that we recommend her 100% and we will be looking for her when we have any home buying/selling needs in the future. Thanks Erin! - Karen & Tony

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.025M in Huntington Beach, CA.
Erin is a very knowledgeable and friendly real estate agent. We brought our new home and sold our old house with Erin help. She is really great and very patient with us. We look for our new home over 8 months and Erin shown us all the houses we wanted to see. She was great when it come to selling our house. She is very impressive with handling difficult situation and calm both buyer and seller. I would highly recommend Erin to anyone who need a really good agent on their side.

Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Huntington Beach, CA.
I'd highly recommend Erin and will go straight to her next time we need a realtor. She helped us buy one home and sell another. She was very easy to work with, always very patient and friendly yet straightforward and businesslike. She's very professional -- always prompt and always following through very quickly with commitments. She has extensive knowledge of the local market and experience with complex transactions like short sales and FHA loans. Erin spent a lot of time with us when we were house-hunting and worked very hard on our sale, hosting many open houses and spending hours on the phone with the buyer's lender to close the deal. We hope to have the opportunity to work with her again.

Erin helped me with the purchase of my first home. She was very helpful, diligent and knowledgable. From start to finish, she always explained everything in detail. She made the entire process very plesant and happy. I will never forget how smooth buying my house was.

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $725K in Northwood, Irvine, CA.
We highly recommend Erin Martin to anyone buying or selling a home. As first time homebuyers, we did not know what to expect and were surprised at how quickly and efficiently Erin worked. Not only did she help us find the perfect home within a couple of months, but she educated us about the homebuying process along the way so we understood exactly what to expect during each phase of the process. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and our homebuying experience. We will definitely be contacting Erin with any future real estate needs and would encourage anyone else to do the same.

I've been involved with the purchases of 10 homes and the sales of 9. I only found three realtors in all that time that I would say were truly exceptional and Erin Martin is one of them. She was an amazing help to me in purchasing a home in California, while I was smack in the middle of selling and emptying another in Hawaii.
She is absolutely one of the three best I've dealt with since I first bought a home in 1983. I'd recommend her to anyone and they'd be fortunate to have her working for them. She is a rare realtor in that she is every bit as good in selling as she is in legal issues, negotiating, overseeing every detail, maintaining calm in last minute hi-test issues and is available immediately at every turn and never fails to have the right answer. She spent a very long time searching for my dream house and now it's mine and I couldn't be happier with it. The price was low and she got it lower, with many additional concessions I hadn't expected. She is highly ethical, honest, intelligent, thorough, loyal and, by the way, very beautiful. Sold a home in 2011.
Erin Martin represented us as the sellers of a home in a short sale. She is a consumate professional in her demeanor, knowledge and execution. During a short sale process, there are many parties involved who have to be appeased: the sellers, buyers, first lender, second lender, etc. I know of no other realtor who could have managed the negotiation process better than Erin. She is able to handle and manage difficult personalities with ease and her people skills are second to none in my opinion. She shows a high level of courtesy, care and professionalism. She is extremely responsive and is able to resolve any situation that may come up during the transaction. I give her the highest recommendation to anyone looking to sell or buy. You will not be disappointed!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $900K in Huntington Beach, CA.
Erin helped us sell our home during a very difficult personal time. She was warm and caring while at the same time professional and competent. In addition to her saavvy knowledge of the real estate market, Erin is a tough competitor and an able negotiator all while maintaining a friendly and warm demeanor. Details seem to be her specialty and she was wonderful about keeping the process moving along. I highly recommend Erin. She is a wonderful real estate professional.

I have worked with Erin Martin on the purchase of my first home, the sale of my first home and the purchase of my second home. She is a terrific real estate agent and listens to each request. She knows her stuff. I would highly recommend her, you won't be dissapointed. We are very happy with our house and we couldn't have done it without her.
