Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Tule Springs, Las Vegas, NV.
Billy is a dedicated, highly knowledgeable real estate professional. He treated my home with care -- as if it were his own. He provided shoe covers (booties) for prospective buyers coming into my home -- I had white carpeting.. I was always in the know when someone was going to be looking at my home -- at least an hour or more ahead of time. Living alone his attention to safety -- doors always locked when leaving, he or a member of his team always present, etc. -- gave me a high level of comfort. Billy and his team were on top of bringing in buyers. We had several offers on the home and he went through and explained them to me to ensure I understood all the parameters of the offer. My home sold very quickly. Every member of his staff was knowledgeable and personable; Billy and his team became a part of our family! I would highly recommend him.

Bought a home in 2013.
We were moving from Virginia to Las Vegas. Billy & his team were excellent helping us with our new home purchase. With us being thousands of miles away, it was wonderful knowing they were there with us every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better team of realtors on our side!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in North Las Vegas, NV.
Billy took the time to hear me out about what I was looking for specifically for investor real estate. Even after there was an error with the bank (and the price went up considerably), Billy agreed to help me out even more to ensure I got the property that would be good.

Thanks you Matt for the good review! The beauty of this deal is that you were able to purchase a Fannie Mae Foreclosure with only 10% down no mortgage insurance, investment loan. The negotiation isn't always in the price but having the ability to know where to bid to get the deal done. In this case the bank recieved higher offers before accepting our offer and we had to increase our price about 10k to get the deal. With the rent of $1095 you have a great ROI on what you put into it and with the current lack of inventory in Las Vegas I am sure you will be a happy guy in the end. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Charleston Heights, Las Vegas, NV.
We told Billy what we were looking for and the area of town we were interested. He explained the local real estate market to us, as we had moved here from California. He set up an internet search for us and we had frequent alerts on our phones, when we saw a property we liked we called and he had us looking at the house right away. After we looked at the house he pointed out things we missed pro and con. When we found our house he had us in there looking within a hour as he said it was a great deal. He was right, we wrote the offer and since he had worked with the other agent we were moved to the front of the line and our offer was accepted.
His knowledge and relationships in the area make him the best in the area!

Bill is a very professional real estate agent. Besides being very knowledgeable in real estate matters, he is very honest in his opinions, quick in responding emails and phone messages, and always look after his clients' interest. In addition, he has a team of professional staff handling different aspects of real estate transactions. Bill is very pleasant to work with and he had helped me in purchasing two properties in Las Vegas last year, one in South Summerlin and one in Silverstone Ranch. Bill is so good that I refer all my family members to him for purchasing properties in Las Vegas.

Bought a home in 2012.
Bill Alt anf Brandy Jordan of Wynn Realty Group were very instrumental in seeing that my mortgage loan is approved. From the beginning to the end of the process, Bill and Brandy helped me and guided me step by step through the process.. I felt like I had known them personally for a along time and that It made me comofortable when I talked to them I am grateful to them because these days buying and securing a loan is very difficult.

Bought a home in 2011.
Billy was always available to help answer any questions that we had during the purchase of our home.
