Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Blairsville, GA.
Amanda is a wonderful real estate agent. Amanda is willing to assist with whatever issue that you might have. She is always available to answer any questions or to assist with anything that needs to be completed prior to close. I would recommend Amanda to anyone who want to purchase a home in or around Blairsville. I could not have asked for a better real estate agent. My job was easy - all I had to do was show up at closing - Amanda did all of the leg work. There is not enough words to say THANKS for all that Amanda did.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Blairsville, GA.
What we liked most about Amanda was she always kept you informed - got back to you immediately - even if it was not news you wanted to hear, she was always helpful and encouraging. I would definitely recommend her to anyone - and of course, if needed ask for her help as well.

Amanda was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her. She worked with us on buying a home in Blairsville and knew the area very well. She definitely steered us towards the right home.

Amanda was exceptional real estate agent to work with, she would call us day or night to keep us updated on the home-buying process. She was very knowledgable to the area & was more than willing to help us with our likes & dislikes. When & if we ever go through this process again, she will be the one we will call!!!

Helped me rent a home.
Amanda worked very hard for me and was available any time I needed her. She was always professional and courteous. She made me feel very comfortable right from the beginning all the way through the process. Her knowledge and skills in negotiation were amazing. Even though Amanda has a large customer base, she always made me feel important. I would highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking to either buy or sell a house !
