Bought a Condo home in 2013 in Crown Point, IN.
Amanda is a great asset to anyone who is selling or buying real estate, very knowledgeable on the local industry trends and history, always willing to go the extra mile to complete a transaction. Her background offers her a good point of view for a repeat investor or a one-time buyer. paperwork seems to proceed flawlessly since she is up to date with all communications media.....so one could arrange a remote closing if desired.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Saint John, IN.
Amanda was a pleasure to work with! After spending almost 8 months looking for a house with a different Realtor, we finally decided to try something new and are so glad we did! Amanda was more helpful in the 4 weeks we looked with her than the entire 8 months spent with our other Realtor. Her professionalism was beyond our expectations. She's prompt at returning phone calls, emails, and text messages and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly when we finally put our offer in. We found our house within a month of working with her. I can't begin to explain the relief it was when we finally closed. We 100% recommend Amanda to anyone looking in the area!

Bought a home in 2012.
Amanda was very helpful in finding our first home. She was prompt with responses to questions we had. As a first time home owner, this was very important to us. She was knowledgeable, kind, and hard working. I will definitely recommend her to others who are looking for a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Crown Point, IN.
Amanda did a fantastic job with helping us purchase our first house. She knew the area extremely well, not only did she know the process of selling/purchasing a house but taught us along the way, and she made negotiation with the sellers a breeze. I was extremely impressed with Amanda's expertise, communication skills, and work experience and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Although we were'nt successful in acquiring the couple homes we looked at, we were very impressed with her knowledge, skills and abilities as an agent. We would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for a home or income property.

Amanda was a great agent to work with. She has been in the real estate business for a long time and really knows her stuff! She is honest but not pushy, which sometimes is hard to find. We would use her again!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Hammond, IN.
Being a "First Time Home Buyer" I came into the process a bit nervous and skeptical but as soon as I saw Amanda with her warm personality and bright smile, I felt relieved!! Her knowledge, professionalism, and down to earth attitude has made my first time home buying expierence very understandable
and comfortable. She is very quick to answer any and all questions no matter

Amanda was my agent for the purchase of an apartment building. She was very thorough in helping me to locate all properties that fit my criteria.
