Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Albany, GA.
Amanda was there for us from the very first day she came to our house to consult with us about the listing of our home. She made suggestions that we followed and always got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. Even down to the end, when we had gone out of town to look for a place to relocate to, Amanda went to our house when the alarm went off because of a thunderstorm and checked to make sure things were ok and then came to our rescue again when we locked ourselves out while doing our final clean up after our move. SHE IS THE BEST. I WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE IN THE AREA. YOU REALLY KNOWS HER STUFF!!
I bought my first house with Amanda. She went through showed me a few and found out what I REALLY wanted. Then she made it happen for me. After a year in my house I had a job transfer out of state with the company I work with so I called her up and she knew right off the bat someone looking for a house like mine. She called me back with in an house bought them over that night and the made an offer before leaving. It was the best experience I could have ever asked for.
