Showed home in 2013 in Leesburg, GA.
We were happy with Amanda at first. She showed us approximately 6 or 7 houses. We saw one we liked on a Monday evening. On Tuesday night, we called her and let her know we were approved for the house and would like to make an offer on Friday, after looking at the house once more. When we went to meet her at the house (family in tow), she never showed up. We called her 15 minutes after our meeting time, and she said she was having phone trouble, and that the meeting was canceled. The house had an accepted offer Thursday. She didn't try to contact us by land line or anything. She could've at least went to the house at the meeting time to let us know, but instead, we had to call her to find out. This is extremely poor communication on Amanda's part. We also didn't like the fact that she didn't call the listing realtor on Wednesday to let them know we were planning to make an offer. If she would've been proactive, we might've been able to place an offer on the house we fell in love with.…MoreLess

This review is simply inaccurate. I worked with this user to help them get pre-approved although others were not able to assist them. I explained the process to them and convinced them to not give up on the process although they had been discouraged. On Monday evening after showing this home to the user, I did notify the other agent that they were interested. I received a message after 10 pm on Tuesday that you were pre-approved and notified the other agent at 7:45 am on Wednesday morning that you were now seriously considering this property. The day of our scheduled appointment I learned that the home had an accepted contract. I sent messages to you to cancel the appointment the same way as our normal communications (same as we've previously set up every appointment). I am very sorry that someone else made an offer before you doing so, but I took every step possible to keep everyone as updated as possible.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2013.
Amanda is the best real estate agent we have used in 5 previous sales. We recommend her to anyone interested in selling their home. She sold our home in two weeks after listing with her.. When we needed repairs she told us not to worry she would handle it. She got 3 bids within a couple days. The bids were lower than we had expected. The contractor was great and finished in a very timely manner. The house closed 1 hr. after scheduled closing time. She is very professional in every aspect. So if you want to sell your house in the Albany, Georgia area you could not find a better real estate agent.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Albany, GA.
Amanda was there for us from the very first day she came to our house to consult with us about the listing of our home. She made suggestions that we followed and always got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. Even down to the end, when we had gone out of town to look for a place to relocate to, Amanda went to our house when the alarm went off because of a thunderstorm and checked to make sure things were ok and then came to our rescue again when we locked ourselves out while doing our final clean up after our move.
