Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Albany, GA.
Amanda was there for us from the very first day she came to our house to consult with us about the listing of our home. She made suggestions that we followed and always got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. Even down to the end, when we had gone out of town to look for a place to relocate to, Amanda went to our house when the alarm went off because of a thunderstorm and checked to make sure things were ok and then came to our rescue again when we locked ourselves out while doing our final clean up after our move. I would definitely recommend Amanda Wiley. I only wish se could come to Pooler and help me find a home here.

SHE IS THE BEST. I WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE IN THE AREA. YOU REALLY KNOWS HER STUFF!!
I bought my first house with Amanda. She went through showed me a few and found out what I REALLY wanted. Then she made it happen for me. After a year in my house I had a job transfer out of state with the company I work with so I called her up and she knew right off the bat someone looking for a house like mine. She called me back with in an house bought them over that night and the made an offer before leaving. It was the best experience I could have ever asked for. IF YOU NEED A HOUSE OR NEEDING TO SALE.... SHE IS THE ONE TO GO TO!!

Amanda, listed our house and had a contact on it within 7 days. We also signed on the house for closing 10 days earlier than expected. Amanda is very knowledgeable of her job and does it very professionly.

Amanda was great to work with! She went above and beyond to help with any problems that we had. She helped us get quotes for work that needed to be done on my house in order to get it sold. Amanda was always very professional and prompt, and I would defintley recommend her for buying and selling a home.

Amanda was always willing to show us the house, even on the weekend. She worked completely around our schedule for viewings and inspections. She offered contacts for all types of inspection, financing, and closing. She uses all of her resources well.

Amanda is without a doubt one of the best realtors around. Amanda assisted when I built my home and when I chose to relocate, she assisted in selling my home. I got a great deal on the house Day 1 when I built it and got an even greater deal on the house when I sold it. I would recommend Amanda to anyone in South Georgia looking to buy or sale.

Following Amanda's advice we sold our house in only 5 days. Then she helped us find the perfect house at a bargain. She made the transition process as easy as she possibly could, any issues that arose she handled quickly and professionly. She will definitely be handling all of our real estate transactions in the future.
