Amy was OUTSTANDING. She working night/day and on weekends with us to find the perfect home. She was always able to cater to our busy schedules. She was extremely knowledgeable in the entire home buying process. She knows what to look for and did a great job to educate us as first time home buyers. She knows how to structure offers so that they stand out to the sellers but by still keeping your best interest at heart. I do not have one negative thing to say about Amy with Newstone Realty. Highly, highly impressed!

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Holly Springs, NC.

Amy Bytnar, of Newstone Realty, is a wonderful real estate agent. She was referred to us by a friend of ours and we are very glad that they did. We were selling the house that both my mother and mother-in-law had lived in until they passed away in 2007 and 2013, so it was an emotional situation. But Amy was not only professional, but compassionate and understanding. Throughout the entire process of selling the house, Amy was helpful, encouraging, and very knowledgeable in every aspect of the real estate market in the Triangle area. The photographs of the house were amazing, and along with her descriptions were a major part of our selling our home in just a few days…for more than we had hoped to get! Her ideas on staging were minimal, but the effect was maximal. Amy was very conscious of our budget, making suggestions of ways to improve the appearance of the house but not calling for expensive make-overs. With her hard work in the front yard (she even dug a flower bed!) the curb appeal was better than it had ever been. All necessary repairs were handled and supervised by her and did not break the bank. We had not ever sold a house, and it had been 30 years since we had bought one, but we found that Amy was an invaluable resource in answering all of our questions. She was right on the mark in determining the market value of the house and got the best possible deal for us. And best of all, Amy has become a dear friend to us, staying in touch regularly even six months after we closed on the house. If we ever need to sell our own house, or want to downsize, we will definitely call on Amy to help us find the perfect place for us to call home. Kenny and Druscie Simpson

Bought a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $200K in Apex, NC.

Amy is an excellent realtor and we had an excellent experience with her! My husband and I were first time home buyers and she guided us through the process and made it much easier for us along the way. She answered any questions we had and she was very personal and professional. She truly cares about her clients and wants the best for them. We would highly recommend her and will certainly use her again in the future!

Sold a Townhouse home in 2014 for approximately $175K in North Raleigh, Raleigh, NC.

Amy was by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. If she takes you on a client she will go above and beyond the call of duty to sell you house. Past realtors just listed my house and it didn't sell. Amy was way different. She actively worked with me to get the house ready and when it went under contract, she recommended and worked with contractors to do repairs. She stayed in touch the whole time and sold my house within 5 weeks. I cannot say enough good things about Amy and highly recommend her to sell your house.

Five Stars-Flawless Experience!!! All our future Triangle realty transactions will be with Amy Bytnar of NewStone Realty. Amy is a hardworking real estate professional who goes above and beyond for each of her clients. As nervous first time homebuyers, Amy guided us thru each step and provided valuable insight and negotiation tactics out of her many years of experience. She listened to our home wishes and respected our budget constraints while working tirelessly to help us find the perfect home, which we did. Amy is extremely flexible (we house hunted with a toddler in tow), patient, kind and committed to her clients’ good. Amy Bytnar was recommended to us from a friend and we would like to recommend her to you. You will not regret selecting Amy Bytnar as your real estate professional!

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in West Raleigh, Raleigh, NC.

Results speak for themselves. Our home was on the market barely two days. There were nine showings. We had three competitive offers. Obviously we got the price we wanted. All this was primarily to Amy’s credit. She made us see the value in getting the house ready beforehand. She also got dirt under her fingernails helping us do that. Oh, by the way, our house had definite issues working against it, but they were no match for Amy’s determination.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $575K in Cary, NC.

I was seeking to buy a house in NC when I retired - but was not sure when that would be. Knowing that can be a long, futile trip that scares off most real estate agents. Not Amy. She took on the challenge and went above and beyond what was expected. She became my eyes and ears. It took time but she found the perfect house for us and helped us through the sale and move in. Plus, she helped our son sell his house in one day! She is the best and you would be wise to use her on your next house deal whether you are a buyer or a seller.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Cary, NC.

Amy is a wonder. All the way through our buying and selling process, Amy has be very supportive, helpful, encouraging, responsive, and steadfast in her determination to take care of us. She knows what she is doing. Her suggestions helped us sell our home in just two days...and for more than our asking price. She was always right-on with her advice. I've had experience with other real estate agents and Amy far-and-away has all of them beat. She is a wonderful example of a Chistian woman doing what is best for her client but always in an ethical way. The entire NewStone team was wonderful. There is no better team (NewStone) and certainly no better agent than Amy Bytner.

Sold a home in 2012 in Macedonia, Cary, NC 27518.

Not only will I hire Amy again, but I have already recommended her to a couple of people who I know are in the market to sell their homes. She took care of every detail so that I didn't have to worry about anything. She kept in communication with me every step of the way and the whole process was handled professionally. She is a joy to work with.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in Cary, NC.

My wife, Judy, and I found the work ethic, energy and expertise of Amy Bytner, of NewStone Realty, to be far and above that of any realtor with whom we have ever worked. We have moved, sold and bought homes multiple times and our current selling experience with Amy was our most positive. She has the capacity to make you feel that your home is her greatest priority. She kept in constant contact, pursued leads, followed-up with potential buyers, kept us apprised of trends and data, discussed and strategized throughout the experience, offered expert advice, negotiated with buyers, and answered all our questions. And if you have had the typical kind of seller experience with realtors, this kind of personal attention is just unheard of! We highly recommend Amy Bytner to anyone who is interested in selling or buying a home. Although we chose to move, in the interim, to an apartment after the sale of our home, we will be contacting Amy in the very near future to help us with our next home purchasing experience.
