Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Wedgewood, Charlotte, NC.
I initially contacted Amy Godley through Zillow back in February on a listing she had in Charlotte. My husband and are relocating there and she called me to talk with me about our needs and wants and location !! We really did not have a starting point but I told her where our kids live and she began to collect data from me over a period of a few months and stayed in touch with me!! Just recently I flew down to Charlotte after listing our home in NY and selling it in one day she jumped on getting appointments to see about 14 houses and getting us pre-approved with a knowledgeable lender!! She carefully mapped out the showings not to overwhelm me and she allowed us to follow her to these listings! It only took 2 days to find our home and she has been excellent at helping us with coordinating our closing dates between the two houses!! She has been on top of everything like we were her ONLY clients!! My daughter was so impressed she too will be using Amy Godley!!…More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in Indian Trail, NC.
Amy is an excellent real-estate professional with extensive knowledge of the area. She understands the local neighborhoods and knows what is important to each customer. When we wanted to buy a bigger house, we listed our existing home with Amy and it sold in no time; ultimately she found the perfect house for us and made the entire process seamless.

Bought a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Provincetowne, Charlotte, NC.
